Refund Policy

Typically, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please contact at the earliest and we will try to do whatever best we can. Your order starts processing within 12 working hours of order placement. Once the order starts processing we are unable to cancel the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care number or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

Any product that is returned without all original packaging, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

Additional non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Framings and Accesories (**if ordered separately**)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will refund the money only via cheque or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transfer. Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in cheque clearance by the bank.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@artofcolors.in.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artofcolors.in and send your item to: BJ-164 Salt Lake City, Sector II, Near-206 Bus Stand, Kolkata - 700091.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: BJ-164 Salt Lake City, Sector II, Near-206 Bus Stand, Kolkata - 700091.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

While returning the item try to insure the item because, if the item damaged while returning we won't be able to refund you the money.
